Merged in a post:
ability to open a link in a split screen (on iPad)

Open a link in a split screen, not just from the sidebar. If I get a thousand notes, the link in a given note is the key.
And the link is what I am directly focused on now. If I could open it in a split screen, it becomes a reference to the note I am working on, as opposed to the note with the focus.
For example, If I am working on a daily note as a journal, it would be really nice to click on the morning routine link (as part of the template) and have it open in a split screen. It becomes a reference and launch pad, while I can still stay focused on journaling in my daily note.
Another example is doing a Bible study and pulling a heading reference to a scripture block, and showing it on a split screen as you write for a reference. This is a subtle thing, but really reduces friction in the day.
-> Works on Mac by Control+Clicking on the on the link, but it's due on iPad

Figured out how to do it, now polishing and fixing bugs: https://twitter.com/noteplanapp/status/1568364973516005376?s=21&t=DEKHTSXateIyTgY15-vrvw

and add a wikipedia-like popup that shows the first few words when hovering over a link.

On iPad! Yes! Please!

Note: drag-and-drop from one split window to another is a must. So I should be able not only to see two notes side by side and use clipboard to move things between those two but also drag and drop content between the two.

I understand that iPad users are minority (unfortunately), but really, when you have an almost desktop-like screen but cannot use either system-wide split view to open two instances of NotePlan side-by-side or built-in NotePlan's split view capability that we find on the desktop, this is kinda disappointing and limiting the workflow, forcing to switch to desktop for a proper task and notes management :(
I wonder which of the two is easier to implement on iPad:
- Support multiple windows, in order to be able to open two instances of NotePlan side-by-side like we can do with Craft or Bear.
- Support split view in a single window, same way as we do that in MacOS version of the app.
