Keyboard shortcut to LINK or EMBED files added through drag & drop

CURRENT SITUATION
Currently when dragging a file (image, PDF, etc.) into a note, there is a popup to "Embed File || Link File". This is detailed here: https://help.noteplan.co/article/172-add-file-attachments-and-images-to-notes
ISSUE
When adding a lot of images into a note (which has to be done one-by-one) this is tedious and time consuming.
SUGGESTED IMPROVEMENT
I would like to suggest a keyboard shortcut for Link and Embed, so that when the item is dropped into the note the action is determined from the shortcut.
For example:
- Drag and drop with CMD key will embed the file.
- Drag and drop with OPTION key will link the file.

Latest versions support dragging multiple images

Did you try dragging multiple images at once? Works for me on Mac.

Eduard Metzger Hi there.
Yes, I did. In my case I dragged numerous images from an email. The result in NotePlan was a text based reference to each image. But not the images themselves.
Today (as per my emails with you related to a bug I was experiencing) I discovered I was still on v3.15.1. SetApp wasn't updating NotePlan. I have now updated it.
I have retried the dragging of images from email, and it works without issue.
So one way or another this problem is now resolved.
