NotePlan for MacOS 3.12.4

When the NotePlan window does not have focus one can right-click or control-click on an element therein, see the context menu, and select an action, only to have nothing happen. So click-through SEEMS to work but does not.

Ideally it would either

* seem to work AND work, or

* NOT seem to work AND not work
