Using NP on i(Pad)OS, when I'm in the middle of a note and type Cmd-Down (i.e., Cmd + the down arrow), the edit cursor and visibility window both move to the end of the buffer. If I hit Cmd-Up (i.e., Cmd + the up arrow), the cursor is moved to the top of the buffer but the visibility window stays where it is and I have to scroll manually to get back to the top of the buffer where the cursor is. In most editors I have used, both Cmd-Up and Cmd-Down move the visibility window along with the edit cursor. This is only noticeable on notes that are longer than a screenful of text.
