Rearrange Items in the Sidebar

I just want to be able to arrange items in a way that makes sense to me. Not alphabetical, not numerically. This is a real limitation at present.

If there were a keyboard command for Recents, you wouldn't necessarily need to move it. If recents were in CMD-J that might work. I also wish that when there is a long list of suggestions in CMD-J, that the "create folder" and "search in..." sorted to the top. Even better, I wish those two were always at the top, and maybe Recents too.

I would love to have more freedom to make it my own and adjust it to gtd or other systems -> adding own filters as 1st level entries and custom hierarchy (E.g. adding a "next" filter, that I now only can build in "review", above today or also to have a context list (basically what I use tags for) below search, etc. – "today" and "week" are basically also just filters in a way)

I think this ticket is broad enough to also address my concern - please consider moving top-level Notes to appear above folders. Less scrolling to get to newly-created notes, and good stand-in for pinned notes (e.g. can use "!pinned" with alpha sort order)
